Can the same gift card be used online and in a cafe?

No. Gift cards purchased for use in any Kribi cafe will not work on our website (vervecoffee.com) and visa versa.

You can send a digital gift card to the recipient immediately via email or text here or in our app on the account tab.

What’s the fastest way to get someone a gift card for use for shipping orders?

You can send a digital gift card to the recipient at a scheduled time or immediately via our webshop here.

How do I check my gift card balance?

E-Gift Cards:
The gift card email you received has a link that will show you your balance. Or, if you have added it to your webshop account, you can find it on your account page.

Cafe E-Gift Cards:
You can view your in-store use gift card balance on your app on the account tab or this webpage.

Cafe Physical Gift Cards:
You can view your in-store use gift card balance by going to this webpage or asking your barista to swipe your card to check your remaining balance.
